How long should I wait before my order is processed and shipped?
Upon receipt of your payment, please give us 2-3 working to pack and ship your orders.
When will I receive my package?
Upon pickup by our courier, Metro Manila packages usually arrive in 2-3 business days, and orders outside Manila may take 3-5 business days to arrive.
Can I ask for a replacement or refund?
Sorry, we do not facilitate refunds or replacement of products if products are in good condition, for most of our items are for personal use. For defective items, kindly please send us an email at beautyandminerals@gmail.com as we can definitely replace defective items, and let us see the photo of it.
I would like to meet up or pickup my products.
Sorry! We do not do meet-ups or have any pickup points. You may refer to our Store Location and drop by our stores to get your products, then! :)
